Marcos Jr. received Ambassador Miguel de Mascarenhas de Calheiros Velozo of the Portuguese Republic, Ambassador Pavlin Todorov of the Republic of Bulgaria and Ambassador Michel Leesch of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as they formally presented their Letters of Credence at the President’s Hall in Malacañan Palace.
