Marcos Jr. welcomed Ambassador Franç‌ois Nkuna Balumuene of the Democratic Republic of Congo and Ambassador Marie Claire Mukasine of the Republic of Rwanda as Non-Resident Ambassadors of their respective countries to the Philippines during the formal presentation of credentials at the President’s Hall in Malacañan Palace.
