Study Room, Malacañan Palace

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. administered the oath of office to newly appointed Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Juanito Victor ‘Jonvic’ Remulla in a ceremony at the Study Room in Malacañan Palace.

Prior to his appointment, Secretary Remulla served as Cavite Governor. He succeeds former Secretary Benjamin ‘Benhur’ Abalos Jr. who will run for a Senate seat in the May 2025 elections.
