President Benigno S. Aquino III presided the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Board Meeting held in Malacañang.

Present were NEDA Director-General and Socio-economic Planning Secretary Arsenio Balisacan, Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Budget Secretary Florencio Abad and other members of the Cabinet.
