President Rodrigo Roa Duterte held a meeting with H.E. Sung Kim, Ambassador of the United States of America (USA) to the Philippines, in the Music Room of Malacañan Palace.

The Ambassador was joined in the meeting by Mr. Lawrence Hardy, Director of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Mr. David Schnier, Econ Counselor of the United States Embassy, and Defense Attache Colonel Ernest Lee.

On the other hand, the President was accompanied by Department of Finance (DOF) Secretary Carlos Dominguez III, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Ramon Lopez, Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, National Security Adviser (NSA) Secretary Hermogenes Esperon, Jr., Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) Chairman Eduardo Del Rosario, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Undersecretary Ernesto Abella, DFA Assistant Secretary Maria Andrelita Austria, and DFA Director Maria Corina Reyes.
