President Rodrigo Roa Duterte talked with H.E. Sung Kim, United States of America (USA) Ambassador to the Philippines, in a meeting at the Music Room in Malacañan Palace.

During the meeting, Finance (DOF) Secretary Carlos Dominguez III, Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark Villar, National Security Adviser (NSA) Hermogenes Esperon, Jr., National Defense (DND) Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, Foreign Affairs (DFA) Undersecretary Jose Luis Montales, and DFA Executive Director Marshall Louis Alferez accompanied President Duterte.

US Embassy Defense Attache Colonel Ernest Lee, Counselor for Political Affairs David Whiting, and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission Director Lawrence Hardy joined Ambassador Kim.
