President Rodrigo Roa Duterte gathered his national government officials sitting as members and heads of cluster lead agencies of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) in a meeting at the President’s Hall of Malacañan Palace.

The meeting started with an opening prayer led by Presidential Adviser for Indigenous Peoples’ Concerns Undersecretary Allen Capuyan. Likewise, National Security Council (NSC) Secretary Hermogenes Esperon, Jr. talked on the NTF-ELCAC updates and national plan.
