President Benigno S. Aquino III held a meeting with the Economic Development Cluster. Joining him were some members of his Cabinet including NEDA Socio-Economic Planning Secretary Arsenio Balisacan, Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Trade and Industry Secretary Gregory Domingo, Budget and Management Secretary Florencio Abad, Public Works and Highways Secretary Rogelio Singson, among others.
