President Benigno S. Aquino III held a meeting with the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) and other Cabinet officials to discuss the initial assessment of the Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards (NOAH) on the typhoon ‘Pablo’.

Other agencies present in the gathering were the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC).
