President Rodrigo Roa Duterte spoke with Mr. Ramon ‘Mon’ Tulfo, Jr. and Mr. Jose Kho (Xu Ming Liang) in a private meeting at Malacañan Palace.

Mon Tulfo is a known TV host, radio broadcaster, and a columnist for the Philippine Daily Inquirer.

Jose Kho is a billionaire from Xiamen City, China who has businesses in real estate and in the tourism industry. He is known as the founder of the Friends of the Philippines Foundation and has plans to build a ‘drug addiction treatment center’ in the country complete with dormitories, a medical building, visiting ward, kitchen and dining hall, management office, and warehouse.
