President Rodrigo Roa Duterte met with Dr. Dante Ang, The Manila Times Chairman Emeritus and Special Envoy for International Public Relations, at the Matina Enclaves in Davao City.

During their meeting, President Duterte received a book entitled, ‘The Rise and Fall of Nations: Forces of Change in the Post-Crisis World’, by author Ruchir Sharma who is a contributing opinion writer for the New York Times.

The book is said to provide a general assessment about a nation’s investment outlook through the application of ‘ten rules’ on ten socio-economic and political factors.
