Malacañan Palace

President Benigno S. Aquino III and the members of his Cabinet gathered at the Malacañan Palace to discuss the latest developments in the ongoing rehabilitation of the Yolanda-devastated areas in the Visayas region when the super typhoon hit the area early in November 2013.

General Manager Chito Cruz of the National Housing Authority (NHA) led the opening prayer. It was also attended by former senator and now Presidential Assistant Panfilo Lacson. He was appointed by President Aquino on December 13, 2013 as PA for rehabilitation and recovery.
