President’s Hall, Malacañan Palace

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte welcomed the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay (UERM) College of Medicine Class of 1970 at the President’s Hall in Malacañan Palace.

Led by Dr. Leslie James Mangaoil, who is a good friend of the President back in Davao, the group met with the President to have their batch photo updated.

Three years ago, the same group of doctors had a photo opportunity with the President who, at that time, occupied the mayoral seat of of Davao City. This time around, they wanted to pose for a photo opportunity with the 16th Philippine President.
