With a doctorate degree on Sociology specializing in transnational migration, Dr. Linda Lumayag has been in Malaysia for almost 20 years. She teaches Ethnic Relations and Ethics in Morality for Humanistic Sciences at the University of Malaya, Malaysia’s top state university.

Concurrently, she is also an academic researcher of the university in areas of cross-border marriages and stateless children, among others. She utilizes her knowledge and expertise in the field of research to help her distressed Filipino fellows.

Hailing from Lanao del Norte, Dr. Linda finished her bachelor studies at the Mindanao State University.
