Mr. Jun Felix serves as the current leader of an informal Filipino organization in Hanoi and is the managing director of FELCON Construction Company, Ltd., a finishing contractor company he manages with his Vietnamese wife.

Mr. Felix has two daughters and has been living in Hanoi for 21 years in the Dong Da District.
