Ms. EJ Dignadice is an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) based in Moscow, Russian Federation. She is currently the President of the Filipino Volunteer Leaders Association in Russia (FVLAR). She started living in Moscow in 2012 and is now balancing her time attending to her regular work and to her duties and responsibilities in FVLAR.

FVLAR is an organization of Filipinos living and working in Russia. The group primarily helps the community and the Philippine Embassy in Moscow in catering to the needs of more than 10,000 Filipinos across the country.

As President of FVLAR, Ms. Dignadice assures that information regarding the activities, pronouncements, and projects of the Philippine government are disseminated properly to the Filipino community.
