Fulfilling the vision of expanding healthcare services to veterans and retirees across the country, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. inaugurated the Veterans Access to Lifetime Optimized Healthcare (VALOR) Clinic at Fernando Air Base Hospital in Lipa City, Batangas.

The VALOR Clinic is a collaborative effort led by the Office of the President (OP), implemented by the Department of National Defense (DND), the Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC), and specifically for this clinic, the Philippine Air Force (PAF). This joint undertaking is part of the Veterans Access to Lifetime Optimized health caRe (VALOR) Program which aims to enhance healthcare access and services for veterans, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) retirees and their dependents nationwide.

The VALOR Program focuses on establishing clinics within military treatment facilities, thereby expanding the reach of medical services to eligible beneficiaries across the country. This initiative aligns with the President’s directive to upgrade and improve healthcare services for Filipino war veterans, AFP retirees and their dependents.

By integrating services across different levels of care, the VALOR Network strives to improve patient outcomes and access to specialized services for veterans and their dependents.
