Ambassador Evan P. Garcia, Permanent Representative of the Philippines to the United Nations (UN) in Geneva joins the Side Event in the Global Compact on Safe, Orderly, and Regular Migration (GCM) entitled, ‘From Global Policy to National and Local Action’ at the Palmeraie Palace in Marrakesh, Morocco on December 9, 2018.

The Side Event carries the theme, ‘Innovative proposals and instruments to maximize the potential of migration to achieve development outcomes’, and is organized by the Overseas Development Institute, Center for Global Development, London School of Economics Institute of Global Affairs, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and contributing Member States.
