A day before typhoon Glenda (international name: Rammasun, which means ‘God of Thunder’ in Thai) made its landfall in Legazpi City, President Benigno S. Aquino III led an executive briefing on government preparations for the possible destruction of the typhoon at the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) Headquarters at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
