Donning of Ranks to the Newly Promoted Presidential Security Group Officials

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte led the donning of ranks to three (3) newly promoted officials of the Presidential Security Group (PSG) held at the Study Room in Malacañan Palace.

The promoted PSG officials included Colonel George A. Blanco to the rank of Brigadier General, Lieutenant Colonel Glenn Joy U. Aynera to the rank of Colonel and Commander Miljun C. Peñaflorida to the rank of Captain.
