President Rodrigo Roa Duterte led the donning of rank on Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Western Mindanao Command (WestMinCom) Commander Lieutenant General Alfredo Rosario, Jr. in a simple ceremony held at the Zamboanga International Airport (ZIA) in Zamboanga City.

Upon arrival, the President went to the Heroes Lounge of the ZIA to don the rank on Lt. Gen. Rosario who has been promoted from Major General.
