President Rodrigo Roa Duterte donned the rank insignia on newly promoted Presidential Security Group (PSG) Commander Brigadier General Jose Eriel Niembra in a ceremony at the Study Room in Malacañan Palace.

The PSG Commander, together with his family, posed for a photo opportunity with the President after the simple ceremony.
