President Rodrigo Roa Duterte hosted a dinner for the Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (TODA) Presidents, other key leaders from various TODA federations, and National Capital Region (NCR) TODA Coalition’s Technical Consultants in a gathering at the Heroes Hall of the Malacañan Palace.

In his speech, the Chief Executive encouraged the TODA leaders to adhere to the safety standards in giving the riding public their transportation service.

After the dinner, the President took time to have photo opportunities with the guests.
