President Rodrigo Roa Duterte received the chief executive officers (CEOs) of Thailand’s top business groups in a courtesy call during his visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

In his message, President Duterte assured them that the Philippine government is doing its best to keep a business-friendly environment for foreign investors.

“With our sound macro-economic policies and ongoing reforms, we guarantee a competitive and corruption-free business climate and a highly-skilled and fast-learning work force,” he said.

Cabinet Secretaries and members of the Philippine delegation, including Philippine Ambassador to Thailand Mary Jo Bernardo Aragon, joined the President during the courtesy call.
