President Rodrigo Roa Duterte received the top officials of the American International Assurance (AIA) Group Limited, headed by its president and CEO Mark Tucker, and Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company (Philam Life), headed by its president and CEO Ariel Cantos, in a courtesy call at the Music Room of Malacañan Palace.

According to Philam Life president Ariel Cantos, President Duterte expressed his support to Philam Life in leading the way in promoting the values of life insurance.

“We will continue to support the industry through the Insurance Commission in partnering with them, and making sure that the insurance consciousness of the Philippines will continue to improve,” Cantos said.

Also present in the meeting are AIA Regional CEO Gordon Watson and Philam Life Head of Sales Ms. Jay Ledesma.
