President Rodrigo Roa Duterte received the Chairman of Tiger Resort Leisure and Entertainment Incorporated, Mr. Kazuo Okada, in a courtesy call at the Music Room in Malacañan Palace.

Mr. Okada was joined by Tiger Resort’s COO Takahiro Usui and the Chair’s Executive Assistant, Sumire Kamura.

On the other hand, the President was accompanied by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, Atty. Renato Q. Bello, and Filipino business tycoon Antonio “Tony Boy” Cojuangco.

Tiger Resort Chief Operating Officer Steve Wolstenhome, in an interview back in January 2016, said that the company would open a casino in the country this coming December.
