President Rodrigo Roa Duterte spoke with Mr. Ioan Grillo, author of the book ‘Gangster Warlords,’ during the latter’s courtesy call at Malacañan Palace.

In his speeches, the President has urged his audience to read ‘Gangster Warlords’ to help them understand the drug menace facing the Philippines.

Mr. Grillo is an acclaimed journalist and writer who wrote two books, El Narco and Gangster Warlords, that tackles the drug cartels in South America.
