President Rodrigo Roa Duterte met with the top executives of JSC Rosoboronexport and Rostec Corporation, two Russian-based corporations, in a courtesy call at Malacañan Palace.

JSC Rosoboronexport is the only state-controlled intermediary for Russia’s exports and imports of defense-related service and technologies. It is actively participating with other countries in the area of military technical cooperation, and in the improvement of its partners’ defense capacity.

Likewise, Rostec Corporation is another Russian-based corporation that was established for the promotion of the development and export of high-tech industrial products.
