President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. warmly welcomed His Excellency Prabowo Subianto, President-elect of the Republic of Indonesia, in a courtesy call at the President’s Hall in Malacañan Palace.

The discussions emphasized strengthening ties between the Philippines and Indonesia, with both leaders tackling important regional issues and seeking opportunities for closer cooperation.

The Philippines and Indonesia will celebrate 75 years of diplomatic relations in November 2024.
