Study Room, Malacañan Palace

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte talked with Mr. Edgardo Angara, the country’s Special Envoy to the European Union (EU), in a meeting at the Study Room in Malacañan Palace.

During the meeting, Mr. Angara presented a book entitled, ‘The World of the Manila-Acapulco Galleons: The Global and Human Context,’ to the President. He co-authored the book with Instituto Cervantes Executive Director Dr. Carlos Madrid.
