Anchored on President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s 10-point socio-economic agenda, characterized by an ambitious infrastructure project dubbed ‘Build, Build, Build’, the Presidential Broadcast Staff – Radio Television Malacañang (PBS-RTVM) launches a documentary series featuring the infrastructure projects that will be created under it, echoing the same title: ‘Build, Build, Build’.

Each documentary episode features an infrastructure project lined up under the program through interviews with various government agency heads, organizations, and other stakeholders to provide a clearer picture on how each project will be carried out and how it would impact traffic congestion, public commuters, and the local community as a whole.

For its first documentary episode, we give you a close look on the groundbreaking ceremonies of the two infrastructure projects — the Tutuban-Malolos Railway Project and the Southeast Metro Manila Expressway (SEMME) Section 1 — with special mention on the construction of the New Clark City, a highly urbanized city that would decongest Metro Manila, and the expansion of the Clark International Airport.

The 20-minute documentary program airs simultaneously at the RTVMalacañang and the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Facebook pages, and other social media sites.
