President Rodrigo Roa Duterte extended his greetings to Masbate Governor Antonio T. Kho as he graced the birthday celebration of the local government official in Cataingan, Masbate.

In his short message, President Duterte acknowledged the efforts of the local chief executive in promoting peace and development within the province for the people of Masbate.

“Your hard work, determination, and passion in all of your pursuits have shown great strength of your leadership and character as a loving family man and a dedicated public servant,” the Chief Executive said.

“May you continue all the good things you have started in Masbate as you build more avenues for your people’s further development,” he added.

Several local government leaders hailing from various areas in Masbate and nearby provinces were also present during the celebration.
