President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. joined his fellow Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Leaders for the Interface Meeting with Representatives of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Prime Minister Hun Sen of Cambodia, who also chairs this year’s ASEAN Summits, emphasized the significant contribution of the ASEAN-BAC in the Region’s progress and development, as the regional bloc emerged as the fifth largest economy in the world.

Mr. George Barcelon, Mr. Joey Concepcion and Mr. Michael Tan attended the meeting as the Philippines’ Representatives to the ASEAN-BAC together with several members of the Cabinet.
