Prime Minister Shinzo Abe of Japan welcomed President Rodrigo Roa Duterte upon the Philippine Chief Executive’s arrival at the Prime Minister’ Office in Tokyo, Japan.

The two leaders, together with their respective delegations, shall convene for a Summit Meeting and banquet dinner hosted by the Prime Minister.
