President Benigno S. Aquino III was welcomed by France’s Minister for Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy Ségolène Royal at the Parc des Expositions, Le Bourget in Paris, France.

Joining 147 other world leaders, the Conference of Parties (COP 21) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC) aims to limit global temperature rise to 2° Celsius (3.6 degrees Fahrenheit).
