President Rodrigo Roa Duterte conducted an aerial inspection of some areas flooded in Metro Manila due to heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon (habagat) during the weekend. He was briefed by National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council Executive Director Ricardo Jalad.
