Before visiting New Bataan in Compostela Valley, President Benigno S. Aquino III conducted an aerial inspection aboard the Presidential chopper to personally see the devastation caused by typhoon Pablo in the hard-hit towns of Cateel and Baganga in Davao Oriental.
