Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman highlighted the government’s efforts toward transparency during the side event titled “TRANSPARENCY IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT: Strengthening Systems, Citizen Participation, and Private Sector Engagement” at the Open Government Partnership – Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting (OGP-APRM) 2025.

Participating in the event were Procurement Service (PS)-DBM Executive Director Genmaries Entredicho-Caong, former PS-DBM Executive Director Dennis Santiago, and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) Minister of Finance, Budget, and Management Atty. Ubaida Pacasem. The event also welcomed representatives from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), WeSolve Foundation Inc., and Toyota Motor Philippines.
