President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. convened with Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. and other Cabinet members in a meeting at Malacañan Palace.

The attendees included Department of Finance (DOF) Secretary Ralph Recto, Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman, Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Acting Secretary Cesar Chavez, Special Assistant to the President for Investment and Economic Affairs Frederick Go, and other government officials.
