Poverty alleviation, economic development and access to medical services in provincial communities are the central themes this week of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s official engagements in closing the month of October.

The President also joins Filipino Catholics in the annual observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, urging his countrymen to be better persons and better stewards of the nation.
