“Sa sambayanang Pilipino, maraming, maraming salamat sa inyo,” said President Rodrigo Roa Duterte as he expressed his heartfelt appreciation to his countrymen in a thanksgiving concert dubbed, ‘Salamat, PRRD’, held at the Quirino Grandstand, City of Manila a few days before his term ends.

‘Salamat, PRRD’ featured acts from the country’s top singers and artists who performed to give joy to the Filipino people — who served as the Administration’s pillar in attaining the promise of ‘Tunay na Pagbabago’ towards providing a comfortable life for all.

In the final part of the program, the President serenaded his ‘kababayans’ with the song ‘Ikaw’ by internationally acclaimed Filipino singer, Martin Nievera.
