Secretary of the Climate Change Commission and Special Envoy of the President Robert E.A. Borje conveys President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s condolences to United Arab Emirates President His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed on the demise of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed.

Secretary Borje headed the Philippine delegation comprising the Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Hjayceelyn Quintana and Department of Foreign Affairs Assistant Secretary For Middle East and African Affairs Alfonso Ver.
