President Rodrigo Roa Duterte presided over the 46th Cabinet Meeting at the Aguinaldo State Dining Room in Malacañan Palace.

The agenda included government’s response to the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV), proposed Executive Order (E.O.) on National Land Use, mitigating measures to address the declining copra prices, report on the 2018 Programme for International Student Assessment Results and other matters such as an update on the collapsed portion of the Skyway Stage 3.
