President Rodrigo Roa Duterte checked the condition civilian victims and met the dependents of other victims during his visit at Camp Siongco Station Hospital.

Last 22 December 2019, a series of explosion rocked the areas of Cotabato City, North Cotabato, and Maguindanao and injured several soldiers and civilians near the blast sites.
