President Rodrigo Roa Duterte consoled the bereaved family of the late Engineer Salvador Lecaros when he visited the wake at the St. Peter Memorial Chapel in Barangay Lorega San Miguel, Cebu City.

Engineer Lecaros passed away on September 1, 2019 after succumbing to chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), pneumonia and heart attack.
