President Rodrigo Roa Duterte welcomed Ms. Xia Sazumi Ngo, a biliary atresia disease survivor, and her family in their visit in Malacañan Palace.

The family of Ms. Ngo extended their heartfelt appreciation to the President, Senator-elect Christopher Bong Go, and to the foundations that helped the child to have a new lease in life by sponsoring her liver transplant operation in India.
