President Rodrigo Roa Duterte led the mass oath-taking ceremony of newly appointed generals and flag officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) at the Rizal Hall in Malacañan Palace.

General Benjamin Madrigal, Jr. also took his oath of office as the AFP Chief of Staff and was conferred with the Philippine Legion of Honor.

Proud families of the 50 newly appointed generals and flag officers joined President Duterte on stage for a series of photo opportunities.
