President Benigno S. Aquino III together with members of the Cabinet convened for a National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) Board meeting at the Malacañan Palace.

The meeting was attended by Public Works and Highways Secretary Rogelio Singson, Education Secretary Armin Luistro, Budget and Management Secretary Florencio Abad, Mindanao Development Authority Secretary Luwalhati Antonino, Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Trade and Industry Secretary Gregory Domingo, Tourism Secretary Ramon Jimenez, Health Secretary Enrique Ona, Metro Manila Development Authority Francis Tolentino, Presidential Management Staff Undersecretary Ferdinand Cui Jr., Agriculture Undersecretary Joel Rodinas, PCDSPO Secretary Ramon Carandang, Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) Governor Alfonso V. Umali, Science and Technology Secretary Undersecretary Fortunato de la Peña, and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council Undersecretary Celia Alba.
