President Rodrigo Roa Duterte casts his vote for the 2019 National and Local Elections at the Daniel R. Aguinaldo National High School (DRANHS) in Davao City.

The President took about 11 minutes to fill up his ballot at the Precinct 1245A, Cluster Number 361, and rechecked his list before finalizing his vote and eventually inserting his ballot in the Vote Counting Machine (VCM).

After casting his vote, the Chief Executive signed the wooden armchair that he also used in the 2016 national election. The school officials considered this a ‘historical chair’ since he was elected as the 16th President of the Republic.

Before proceeding to the DRANHS, President Duterte accompanied his common law wife, Honeylet Avanceña, who voted at the Precinct 1472A in Apolinario Mabini Elementary School.
