President Rodrigo Roa Duterte paid his last respects during his wake visit to the late Solona Canoy, wife of former Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Reuben Canoy, in Cagayan de Oro City.

Mrs. Canoy passed away on February 3, 2019.

Her husband, Atty. Reuben Canoy, is a member of the Consultative Committee tasked to review the 1987 Constitution.
